以COVID-19疫情感知探討航空業 社群媒體行銷活動對品牌資產、品牌共創及 購買意圖之影響-以星宇航空為例

因COVID-19大流行,疫情造成全世界經濟損失,全球化程度最高的航空業以及旅遊業倍受衝擊。在法規限制以及旅遊意願下降的狀況下,航空業的社群媒體行銷就顯得格外重要。以往研究多數探討社群媒體行銷與品牌之間的關係,較少探討疫情因素之影響。因此,本研究以疫情下的新航空業-星宇航空為例,旨在探討消費者於COVID-19疫情下,航空業的社群媒體行銷活動對品牌資產、品牌共創及購買意圖之影響。透過網路問卷調查法,共回收345份有效問卷,並以偏最小平方法結構方程模型(PLS-SEM)進行分析。研究結果發現,社群媒體行銷活動顯著影響品牌資產與線上顧客品牌參與,並以線上顧客品牌參與為中介顯著影響著品牌資產、品牌

共創以及購買意圖,同時,購買意圖亦受到品牌共創及品牌資產顯著影響。對疫情的恐懼顯著影響線上顧客品牌參與、感知疫情傳染力以及疫情期間感知旅遊風險,並以線上顧客品牌參與為中介顯著影響品牌資產、品牌共創以及購買意圖。本研究結果可提供航空業品牌更加了解如何在疫情期間透過社群媒體行銷提高自身品牌價值並滿足消費者喜好。
