筆記型電腦鋰電池落下試驗動態結構分析

本論文主旨在於建立筆記型電腦二次鋰離子電池自由落體掉落之動態響應分析,模擬整顆二次鋰離子電池掉落過程的分析著手,探討筆記型電腦二池鋰離子電池之外殼在落下撞擊所受的外力衝擊變化,用繪圖軟體PTC/Creo建構市面上正量產的筆記型電腦電池模型,再用有限元素軟體ANSYS/LS-DYNA來模擬筆記型電腦電池於空中自由掉落撞擊地面過程中的動態分析。本論文挑選三個方向作為本文掉落衝擊試驗的衝擊點,第一是端子面即電池最脆弱也是最容易因撞擊而導致短路起火的部份,第二則是電池的底部,也是電池最大的平面面積部份,是產品於不規則自由落體落下時,最有機會撞擊到的位置,以及結構最脆弱的側面,進行掉落試驗的分析模擬,

高度則是採用各個研發公司的針對桌上型裝置的掉落試建議,從76公分開始進行模擬不同高度的掉落測試,分析不同高度的掉落測試對產品所發生的變化,找出產品構最弱之處,並加以分析,最後再使用實機作掉落實驗與模擬結果相互比對,以提高本論文模擬試驗結果的準確度。本文主旨便是希望將模擬分析的方法應用在未來產品開發上,提早找出結構設計不足的部份,最弱的部份提前發現問題點,作最有效的結構強度設計的改善,以提高使用者人身安全,並將財產損耗降至最低。
