So here we go for another quarantine! I'm in HongKong to film a travel show for TLC, and must do a two weeks quarantine (3 weeks if you are not fully vaccinated). I've decided to use this time to get back in shape after putting on some weight during my trip back to France.
So I'm sharing with you my daily routine which helped me to lose around 4% body fat in two weeks, put me back in shape and helped me to feel good!

高中生智慧型手機成癮、自我控制、家長介入與教師介入之關係研究

本研究旨在探討高中生智慧型手機成癮、自我控制、家長以及教師的介入對高中生智慧型手機成癮的影響。本研究採用智慧型手機成癮量表、短版自我控制量表、家長網路管教量表、教師介入量表進行施測,有效樣本來自臺中地區1734名高中學生。使用SPSS21.0統計軟體進行描述性統計、Pearson積差相關分析、獨立樣本t檢定、ANOVA單因子變異數分析、探索性因素分析、信度分析以及同時迴歸分析,結果顯示:一、本研究結果,近半的高中生有手機成癮傾向,顯示高中生智慧型手機成癮之議題仍須受重視。二、不同學校屬性、不同學制、不同年級的高中生智慧型手機成癮皆無顯著差異,成癮情況一樣嚴重,顯示出智慧型手機成癮是值得關注的

課題。三、女性高中生智慧型手機成癮傾向高於男性。四、高中生自我控制與智慧型手機成癮呈負相關;家長介入與智慧型手機成癮呈正相關;而教師介入與智慧型手機成癮則無顯著關聯。五、背景變項與自變項對手機成癮的整體解釋力達36.1%,又以「自我控制」對於智慧型手機成癮的預測力最高。針對上述研究發現,提出學習輔導與未來研究之相關建議。

本研究旨在研究成年前期瘦身者的心理調適經驗,針對瘦身者從肥胖體型到決心瘦身的身心經驗,以及瘦身過程到接納自我與身體關係的心理調適做整理與討論。本研究採質性研究之現象學方法,採立意取樣的方式邀請四位研究參與者,以半結構式之深度訪談進行兩次訪談。其文本資料採用主題分析方式進行歸納與分析,得出研究結果如下: 「都是胖惹的禍?-瘦身者肥胖時的身心經驗」之共同主題包括:家庭文化、原來「胖」就是不一樣、胖的生存之道三項共同主題。從家庭、人際關係與環境文化等面向,皆能感受到因胖而被異樣對待的經驗與感受,進而發展生存策略。 「渴求蛻變的靈魂-瘦身者的瘦身經驗」之共同主題包括:瘦身動機、瘦

身過程與策略、停滯與復胖三項共同主題。從中瞭解下定決心瘦身的動機,瘦身經驗之因應策略與不同瘦身階段的身心狀態。「自我與身體的和解-成年前期瘦身者的心理調適經驗」之共同主題包括:瘦下來,又如何?、自我覺察與對話、心境的轉變三項共同主題。從中瞭解成年前期瘦身者的自我覺察與反思經驗,當接納真實的自己後,便能以新視野看待瘦身之心理調適。 依據本研究結果,提供對健康促進相關領域之建議、對學校輔導工作之建議,對關注瘦身議題者之建議,以及對未來研究之建議,期待本研究能讓成年前期瘦身者的心理調適經驗之資料與內容能夠更加豐富。
