摘要由於世界上的貿易貨流不平衡，導致貨櫃航商有空櫃調度的需求及必要；雖然各航商均制定空櫃調度策略並加以實施，然而實務上受到船隊調度異動、碼頭作業無法配合、因船期延誤而跳港等眾多因素，使空櫃供給成效不確定性也愈來愈高。航商通常以提高在港空櫃安全存量的方式來解決無法預測的臨時短缺需求，但不論是短期租用空櫃或提高在港空櫃存量，付出的額外成本都相當高昂。因此本研究藉由實施不同的空櫃配艙策略，事先設計已裝船空櫃自由更改卸櫃港的可能性，讓航商在自有操作的船舶上能夠以沒有額外翻艙成本更改卸櫃港的方式來彌補缺櫃港之臨時性空櫃需求。透過針對空櫃的配艙策略設計，以2015至2016年間亞澳航線航商3艘自有船舶實
