透過與產品互動的方式進行體驗,可以豐富我們的生活,而人們對於產品體 驗的愉悅追求是與產品互動的最大目的。本研究根據可攜式藍芽鍵盤的使用體驗過 程建立了感性認知模型,並由模型中分析出體驗過程中的衝突點;以改變衝突元素 的設計並實驗檢定元素的變化對於產品體驗的影響。本研究由可攜式藍牙鍵盤的感 性認知模型中提取了鍵帽形狀、鍵帽凹凸及按鍵聲音的三個衝突作為本次研究的實 驗變項,將變項設計交叉應用在鍵盤按鍵上並請受測者依照實際使用感受來進行問 卷填答及口頭回饋新的鍵盤設計在產品使用體驗中的影響。實驗結果中顯示,鍵帽的凹凸能夠影響鍵盤的整體操作滿意度及有助於判別 適當的擊擊位置,鍵帽形狀則無;而鍵帽的凹

凸與形狀皆對於確認按鍵是否被成功 觸發的影響沒有顯著性。此外透過實驗觀察,本研究依照受測者在鍵盤上習慣使用 的操作行為將其歸納成滑動性與跳動性兩種型態,並檢驗凹凸對於該兩種型態受測 者的操作表現影響。在綜合的分析結果中顯示,雖然凹凸變化並不會影響實際的操 作表現,但卻會對情緒體驗帶來不同的影響。本實驗驗證了透過改變小面積鍵帽的 凹凸形狀可以提昇可攜式藍芽鍵盤的產品體驗,而本研究成果亦可為任何需要使用 小型鍵帽的面板帶來設計上的建議。
