應用反轉情緒的設計創新模式

創造高潮迭起情緒反應的產品使用者體驗往往能讓人印象深刻,尤其是讓使用者感受到創新並喜歡的反轉情緒設計技巧更是重要。本研究之目的即是在發展一個應用反轉情緒的設計創新模式。研究分四個階段進行,第一階段先搜集日常生活中反轉情緒事例,並以群集分析歸納得到反轉情緒構念結構。第二階段以橫向統合共通性,縱向整合關係性,迴圈前進方式系統化整體構念的命名方式後歸納出反轉情緒的14種刺激因素、7種脈絡、4種體驗的連動、以及2種效應。然後再以產品和使用者的互動關係轉換反轉情緒構念後得到相對應之14個設計方法、傳遞了7種設計體驗、呈現了4種互動關係、並具有2類設計效果的設計創新模式。第三階段透過樣本的使用前、後情緒
反應的MDS歐幾里德模型分佈驗證到設計的有效性。然後透過使用前、後的情緒反應、與創新感和喜歡程度的多元迴歸分析後得到1. 喜歡感受和反轉情緒強度是造成創新感受的關鍵,2. 創新度和使用後正值情緒是產生喜歡的關鍵。第四階段將設計模式中的各項方法、體驗、互動關係、設計效果進行數值化後的排序得到1. 有兩種設計方法以及一種互動關係能同時營造出較高創新與喜歡的感受,2. 設計體驗和設計效果中較高的創新和喜歡感項目卻是完全相反。3. 喜歡程度較高的設計模式大致上由營造期待感的設計效果所建構,而創新感較高的設計模式多半由體驗產品的實際作用所帶來的影響。換句話說,透過體驗的設計效果較能帶來創新感,而創造期待

運動已經成為一種風潮,運動用品之消費也占了民生支出很大之比重。再加上台灣有少子化問題及已成為高齡社會,許多健身房及運動中心開始設計出適合高齡者之運動內容,讓高齡者也可以一同參與運動之行列。讓高齡者可以有更多社會參與,達到活躍老化,讓身心靈皆健康。背後更代表高齡者對於運動裝備之需求也會跟著提升,可想而知運動產業在未來高齡市場中無可限量。所以許多品牌開始以高齡者作為品牌代言人,希望自身品牌形象及廣告可以與高齡者產生連結,形成正面的廣告效果,進而使高齡者願意購買品牌商品或推薦給親朋好友,讓品牌可以順利獲利。 所以本研究欲探討高齡者代言運動裝備之廣告對於高齡消費者的廣告效果,並加入代言人性別、
專業配適、語言態度做為調節變項。本研究利用實驗法,且採用受試者間設計,回收有效問卷共426份。結果發現高齡代言人對於高齡消費者在評估運動用品廣告時會有較好之廣告效果,且選用男性高齡者做為運動裝備代言人時,對於高齡消費者在評估廣告時會有較好之廣告效果。但是代言人的專業配適與廣告標語之語言態度並未有調節之作用。而研究者利用實驗結果可以提出以下建議: 1.運動品牌可以選擇高齡者來做為品牌代言人;2.運動品牌可以選擇男性來作為運動品牌之代言人。
