馴服彈性：台灣模塑產業數位轉型中的技術物、生產實作與產業升級

在產業社會學及勞動社會學等領域的本土研究成果中，往往理所當然地將彈性是為台灣產業的競爭優勢之所在，但卻很少去考量彈性對於產業展所可能帶來的弊病，以及產業行動者如何去因應。為此，我考察台灣的模具製造與塑膠射出產業自1990年代以降，在導入、組織與使用CAD/CAM、模流分析及管理輔助技術等三種不同技術物來實現產業升級的過程中，如何重組生產實作，以馴服彈性所帶來的問題。透過社會物質實作的分析觀點，一方面，我將物質能動性與人類能動性等量齊觀，以觀察兩者共構性交纏的過程；另一方面，我將物質能動性當作是隨時都存在於人類的組織生活中，而非是偶然出現的物，以考察技術物開發、導入、組織與使用等不同階段的完整

過程。我發現台灣模塑產業自1990年代以降，有以下幾個變化：第一，自1990年代以來，為了回應市場的需求，模塑廠商開始透數位轉型來追求品質的提升，而CAD/CAM、模流分析及管理輔助技術分別在2000年初、2010年以後及晚近陸續被模塑廠商援用為實現此一目標的關鍵技術物。第二，這些數位技術的導入後，造成了台灣模塑產業之生產組織與實作的的重組。其中，CAD/CAM使模具設計從模具組裝脫離，並成為模具製造的核心工序，模流分析使射出成型的相關知識與技能，逐漸地整合於模具設計，管理輔助技術使得模塑廠商的生產過程逐漸變得標準化跟可視化。第三，在這個轉型的過程中，該產業的職業結構出現大量的專業技術人員職位

，但由於對黑手師傅經驗與默會知識持續重視，在專業技術人員所擁有的技能組合中，成文的科學知識並沒有一面倒地取代黑手師傅在生產實作中的核心地位。由上述的發現，我認為台灣模塑產業藉由引進新的數位技術物，使生產組織與實作變得更加合理化與穩定整合，並得以逐步累積設計與開發能力與經驗，從而使得模塑廠商能夠實現穩定擴大規模。這意味著相較於以往著眼於效率的彈性體制，此種穩定整合的途徑在保留彈性的前提下，更有助於整合不同的生產要素，以避免因為中心廠與協力廠、企業內的各部門及頭家與工人間的不協調等所導致的生產不穩定與無效率，從而實現了對彈性的馴服。

邁向世界觀之養成:提升英語學習者跨文化溝通能力之行動研究

在現今的跨國世界實體裡，增權賦能以讓青年有能力去了解與連結文化間的差異是相當重要的，世界主義觀點中對這些差異的尊重，理應成為二十一世紀學習中的一項準則。在英語作為外語教學方面，為了改善學校英語教學根基，本研究希望能夠提升學生對於文化多樣性欣賞的素養，必須將英語教學視為是一種社會文化學習的、建構主義的和對話式的教與學。這項教學改變的重點有益於推動跨文化的教學方法，讓學生在臺灣這個相對同質的環境中思考多樣性。本研究採混合研究方法，以大學一年級學生為研究對象，本研究旨在了解透過外國文學作品之閱讀以及「閱讀回應寫作」（RRW）與「文學圈討論」（LCD）的教學方式，對學生在學習全球重要且具特定

文化背景的之影響，以及學生對於全球連結的感受。在第一階段為行動研究法，包含規劃、行動、觀察與反思等四個循環步驟, 將其作為檢視提升全球意識效能的工具，接著以結構式訪談、調查法與問卷調查進行質性與量化分析；繼之，採用源自於「交流回應理論」的「對話回應閱讀」（DRR）與「美學回應論述理論」（ARD），使學生能具批判性的自我反思，並根據理論編定具意義建構導向的跨文化能力指標。根據多方的三角檢證後，顯示在兩組參與的學生中對於文學的生活回應都證實世界觀的養成是重要的。在主題文本分析方面，從強調跨文化能力的回應寫作參與者中挑選出177組進行分析，以及根據Byram(1997)的跨文化溝通能力模組確定了認知

、情意、技能三個面向的效能。這些分析在情意與認知觀點方面皆呈現在社會價值觀、社會風俗、社會系統等三種型態之中，這項結果凸顯出世界觀精神與跨文化取向。最後，透過探究式的、學生中心的與經驗的教學法增加了跨文化交流的需求，這些方式讓EFL教室場域得以轉型與實踐，並且創造出更多可與他人接觸的空間。
