雨夜花雨夜花：臺灣日治時期臺語與日語流行歌詞之女性相關隱喻比較

本研究是臺語和日語的隱喻的跨文化研究，旨在探討日治時期的臺語和日語流行歌歌詞，其女性相關隱喻的相同點與不同點。儘管目前在歷史、文學、語言學等領域，已有不少臺語流行歌相關的研究，然而其中卻少有針對日本殖民時期，將殖民地的臺語流行歌與殖民母國的日語流行歌進行比較的研究。 本論文將Lakoff & Johnson (1980)的「概念隱喻理論」（Conceptual Metaphor Theory）應用至殖民論述的解讀，並選擇女性相關隱喻作為分析目標。概念隱喻不僅是一種語言形式或文學的修辭手段，更是一種思維方式，除了可以反映人類的思考與認知，亦可以反映文化與社會現象。本論文透過聚焦在日治時期臺語

和日語的女性相關隱喻之比較，除了能夠探討當時的臺日文化與社會差異外，更可以探討殖民論述中常見的殖民地陰性化現象(Chen, Chiu-Ying, 2003; Chen, F. M., 1999; Hsieh, 2009; Kao, 2015; Montrose, 1991)。 在研究方法上，本論文使用語料庫為本（Corpus-based approach）的研究方法，比較分析Chang, C. L. (2014) 從1932到1941年共133首臺語歌詞，與Fukuda (1995) 從1928到1935年共276首日語歌詞。透過比較分析大量的臺語和日語歌詞，本研究所得出的量化結果便能客觀地

呈現日治時期臺語和日語流行歌的概況，足以代表當時臺灣和日本的文化與社會現況。在隱喻判定部分，本研究是先以女性相關關鍵字、男女合唱的女聲部分、或諮詢母語者等，來挑出具潛力的歌詞，接著再藉由Metaphor Identification Procedure (Group, 2007)來判別出女性相關隱喻。 研究結果顯示，133首臺語歌的女性相關隱喻的使用率為36.09%，隱喻類型可分為五類，276首日語歌的女性相關隱喻的使用率為11.96%，隱喻類型可分為八類，臺語歌的女性相關隱喻不論是在使用率或同質性皆遠高於日語歌。而在女性相關隱喻的映射上，臺語歌也較日語歌負面、被動、無助，例如在WOMAN

IS FLOWER隱喻中，日語歌的女性在面對困難阻礙時，即使感到傷心難過，卻還是能哭著開出紅紅的花朵，並對未來抱有希望；然而臺語歌的女性一旦受到挫折，卻只能獨自感到傷心無助，並對未來感到絕望，最後只能在困境中逐漸凋謝、落土。此外，日語歌看待「性」的態度也較臺語歌開放，除了在歌詞中出現了像是「一夜妻」（同床一夜的女人）、「一夜の仇情」（一夜情）的內容外，在WOMAN IS FLOWER隱喻也沒有出現像臺語歌一樣的「牆」、「園內」、「野外」等，分別代表「社會規範」、「遵從社會規範」、「違反社會規範」的映射。從上述臺語和日語歌女性相關隱喻的比較結果，不但可以看出臺灣和日本的文化差異，也顯現了臺語歌在

日本殖民影響下，確實出現了陰性化的情況，而這個結果是殖民歷史脈絡與流行歌經濟考量等多方面因素所造成的。 本研究有三個主要貢獻，首先，本研究採取語料庫為本（Corpus-based approach）的研究方法，所分析出來的女性相關隱喻是系統性的量化結果，能夠反映日治時期臺灣和日本的文化與社會概況。接著，本研究屬於臺語和日語的跨文化研究，而且因為是聚焦在日本殖民時期，所以同時也是殖民地與殖民母國之間的跨文化研究，是過去少見的研究類型。最後，本研究以「概念隱喻理論」（Conceptual Metaphor Theory）作為理論背景，來比較日治時期臺語和日語歌詞的女性相關隱喻，所分析出的結果對隱

喻、對臺灣的殖民論述、對臺灣和日本流行歌曲的研究，都能有理論上的貢獻。

Factors Associated with Fear of Childbirth among Pregnant Women in Papua New Guinea

Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the factors associated with fear of childbirth (FOC) among pregnant women in Papua New Guinea.Method: This correlation study was conducted on 195 pregnant women during third trimester at the Port Moresby General Hospital from July to August 2018. T

he study used the Pregnancy- and Childbirth-related Fear Questionnaire, the Maternity Social Support Scale, the Oxford Worry about Labour Scale and the Edinburg Perinatal Depression Scale. Independent t-test, ANOVA and Hierarchical Multiple Linear Regressions were used to analyze data.Results: The d

etermined factors from the object of fear were from childbirth and caesarean section (C/S). The highest causes of fear were negative stories about childbirth and alarming information. Manifestations of fear were stress symptoms and influence on everyday life. FOC was also associated with worry such

as having a long labour, needing a C/S and having an instrument delivery such as forceps or ventouse. FOC pertaining to perinatal depression was possible as the total score was high (M ± SD= 12.82 ± 4.57). Maternal social support was not related to FOC however, it was adequate.Univariate analysis

revealed that age (F = 2.693, p = .05), gestational weeks (F = 3.436, p = .05) and last childbirth experience (F = 2.889, p = .05) were found to be significant.Predictive factors for fear of childbirth among pregnant women were not significant however,the best predictor was the worry about labour (β

= .444, p< .001), followed by perinatal depression (β = -.270, p
