This research aimed to examine the relationships between loyalty of customer in the teppanyaki restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City with chef’s image, service quality, food quality, interaction between diners an

d atmospherics as well.Through delivering questionnaire during July to August in 2018, this research collected sample of 306 Vietnamese teppanyaki to examine how the dining experiences are related to diners’ satisfaction at teppanyaki restaurants. Five factors including chef’s image, service quality

, food quality, interaction between diners and atmospherics are investigated to the loyalty of customers at teppanyaki restaurants. EFA, CFA factor analysis and regression analysis are combined to conduct the research. The research found that service quality, food quality and atmospherics are three

significant factors to have positive impacts on customer loyalty whereas chef’s image and interaction between diners do not significantly influence teppanyaki style diner loyalty. Among the significant factors, food quality was illustrated the most significant element, which positively affected on d

iner loyalty, followed by service quality and atmospherics, respectively. Besides, this study also found chef’s image is significantly interacted with customer’s interaction to positively affect diner’s loyalty.
