傳統民營銀行數位金融創新之研究

在網際網路蓬勃的發展下，金融科技的出現無疑是改變了整個金融業，我國金融監督管理委員會於2019年首度開放3張純網銀執照，造成傳統銀行相當大的衝擊，迫使傳統實體通路銀行的經營模式改變，以防止客源流向純網銀，各家傳統銀行逐漸成立數位金融部，打造自身的數位品牌，開創出數位銀行的通路，讓人們不必再跑到實體分行，也能從行動裝置、電腦完成各項業務，且不再受到傳統銀行有營業時間上的限制。本研究蒐集相關文獻及各學者理論作為參考，以傳統銀行所推出的數位銀行是如何轉型使民眾的使用意願提升，及目前數位銀行推行的各項服務是否能獲得民眾的認可，並改變實際使用的習慣，以達成傳統銀行轉型的目的為探討。本研究採用問卷調查法
為主要研究方法，於2022年5月13日至2022年5月20日進行發放，共計7天，以網路問卷方式進行，採滾雪球方式發放。問卷總共回收333份，其中有效問卷為332份，無效問卷為1份。本研究針對回收之有效問卷進行敘述性統計分析、信度分析、效度分析、差異性分析及迴歸分析，分析結果顯示當民眾對數位銀行的功能需求性、行銷策略、服務體驗及服務品質感到滿意時，皆會提升民眾使用數位銀行之意願，且能有效改變民眾的使用習慣、減少前往實體分行辦理業務的次數。

從物流、金流、線上競爭談台灣零售市場的擴張分析-以家樂福與全聯為例

台灣在電子商務發展下的零售市場，實體通路應如何面對挑戰及提升競爭優勢，主要討論從物流、金流、線上競爭的角度，來觀察家樂福及全聯採用的經營方式及策略如何在台灣擴張零售市場版圖，發現二家零售通路皆採取大同小異的經營策略並持續擴張物流、金流、線上競爭（電子商務、社群行銷等發展），家樂福為外商具備國際資源，相較本土全聯經營策略上，較有前瞻性，往往都會早一步以新的經營策略模式或智能設備發展；而本土全聯則採取穩紮穩打的跟隨模式，以店數、行銷、會員數等優勢，依循自己的腳步發展新商業模式且會根據競爭對手及本身條件修正策略及調整運作模式，以會員制度為例，零售業是從量販店開始推行的，然後全聯超市跟上會員忠誠制度
，近幾年便利商店也加入會員模式，但輸入會員的方式，只有全聯大刀闊斧在2021年開始，取消顧客「報電話」累積會員點數，這樣除了縮短結帳排隊等候時間也符合全聯推動數位會員制度，其結果反而激增PX Pay會員人數，一舉二得；所以初期在物流配送、線上競爭方面雖落後外商家樂福，但隨著時間發展可以看見全聯以驚人的速度成長，主因還是透過其本身的優勢及合宜的策略讓全聯快速成長。透過研究發現顧客追求的物流條件「配送時效及運費」、金流在意的是「介面操作便利、回饋及優惠」線上電子商務重視「商品齊全、商品價格及差異化」，相信如能滿足消費者所期待之零售業者，將會在台灣消費者零售市場佔有一席之地。
