本論文運用擴增實境技術結合虛實整合聯網平台實現工廠生產線中工程人員的設備定期保維護與診斷,以及設備操作基本流程建立、設備定期巡檢以維持產線設備運作正常之重大任務。在工廠生產線中設備操作人員須經過嚴格的教育訓練且員工素質差異參差不齊,以及部分需要有經驗的作業人員才能有效達到作業效率,因此透過擴增實境穿戴技術來提升現場操作人為風險降低、提升設備操作準確性、以及人機結合的數據應用。此外,因應全球新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情急遽變化以及物聯網技術成熟發展改變台灣多數產業的作業營運模式,人員分流上班群聚問題、傳統產線設備參數的數據調整仰賴紙本記錄、數據經驗不易傳承,鑒於上述問題,本研究主要應用擴增

實境技術來達到降低現場人力、提升遠距協作、且結合虛實整合平台將設備進行聯網,達到設備大數據擷取分析,整合工廠PLC、CNC、以及傳統設備僅有感測元件相關設備之預診保養應用。

實現基於OPCUA通訊標準之跨平台物聯網應用系統

工業物聯網(Industrial Internet of Things, IIoT)近年來蓬勃發展,透過將工廠內數位控制機台及硬體設備連接到物聯網,可遠端控制進行數值監控及操控。OPCUA是為工廠自動化設計之開源軟體通訊協定,其目的在於讓使用不同作業系統之設備可以進行資料交換。本論文以兩種開源軟體為架構,將Open62541和Python-OPCUA應用於OPCUA通訊協定進行跨平台之監控及操控。並進一步分析在客戶端及OPCUA節點使用上可能的擴充性。此外,數據資料傳遞必須重視及實現網路安全。OPC UA完整的安全性架構必須滿足三種特性,分別為機密性、可用性、完整性。在安全性方面,OPCUA

可藉由OPENSSL進行擴充支援。本文將加密演算法SHA-256用於加密安全性傳輸,並且使用數位簽證方式進行加密以保護資料傳輸過程。
